 Where are you shipping to?

     VINTAGE GEM ships worldwide via French Post’s service Colissimo with a tracking service.

What are the shipping rates?

     We are happy to offer free delivery in France.

     For the international delivery, we provide low flat shipping rates depending on the weight of your purchase and your location. 

     We are not responsible for any VAT, tariff, import duties, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and can't give you an estimate of the cost, because it varies widely around the world.  

When will I receive my order?

     All orders shipped within 1-3 business days (not including weekends and holidays) with a tracking number.

     The Colissimo service undertakes to deliver within 48 hours in France and French territories. Indicative dates for international delivery using their Colissimo International service are from 4 to 11 days, depending on destination.

on conditions and sizing

     Please note that all vintage items are in the most of cases pre-loved and unique, that is at the core of our activity. Natural signs of wear should be expected. Any major flow will be mentioned in the product description.

     Bare in mind that sizing of the clothes dated few decades differ from the one of today Sizing tags on vintage garments should be ignored and actual measurements should be used to evaluate size and it. Thus, in the product description, we provide detailed measurements (taken flat) of each piece. For reference, you can use one of the garments you own and that suits you well and measure it.

     We are also here to answer your questions prior to purchase.

on exchange and return

     For the Vintage Gem you wish to return, we will work with you to find you a suitable exchange or issue you with a credit in the form of an online gift voucher for the purchase price of your item. This credit is valid for 12 months from issue. The item should be sent back to us within 10 days of you receiving the item. Please contact us to request a return.

     You’ll need to ship the item back in the same conditions that you received it. It must be unworn with original tags attached. The customer is responsible for the shipping charges incurred in connection with the exchange or a return of a product.


     Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchange or return on jewelry and sale items.

     In the interest of hygiene, we do not accept exchanges on swimwear, hosiery or pierced jewelry.007
